Who we’re looking for:
- Automotive Technicians with at least 3+ years of in-shop experience.
- Positive, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for automotive repair.
- Technicians looking for the freedom to flag unlimited hours.
- Team-oriented people who thrive in a supportive work environment.
Experienced ASE Certified Technicians may qualify for an Additional Intro Bonus and/or Higher Commission Rates.
Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Estimate repair costs and document all work.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
